I'm going to recommend upgrading to the more common 10" x 2-1/4" for your brakes on both axles. This will allow you to install the Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA on each of your axles. These brakes are also self-adjusting so there is no need to manually adjust the brakes as they wear. The only hitch we currently carry that would fit a 73" frame width is the Ultra-Fab 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver for Trailer Frames Item # UF35-946403. It is a weld on and has a tongue weight capacity of 350lbs. It is not rated for towing.

I do have one solution that will work great. The Trailer Valet XL part # TVXL25 (for a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball) or part # TVXL2 (for a 2 inch hitch ball), would be exactly what you'd want. These easily allow you to maneuver a trailer around without a tow vehicle. These attach to the hitch ball and give you a handle to steer and a handle to crank the wheel around. Your 2010 Keystone Springdale Summerland 2600TB came with 1/2"-20 Lug Nuts # CE11051 from the factory. If the wheel studs or hubs have been changed since you will want to verify this size as they could have been changed in the last 12 years by a previous owner.

Sounds like an issue on the tow vehicle since the light activates like it should with the brake lights. That means the trailer wiring is correct but the signal is just not present on the tow vehicle like it needs to be. It almost has to be a fuse on the vehicle too since the corresponding brake light circuit is also activating like it should so that would be what I would check first.

We don't have the exact same axle your Keystone Springdale uses, but it looks like it just has 3.5K axles so something like the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles # 7359765 could work great.

To determine the correct E-Z Lube grease cap you are going to need to measure the center of the hub where the grease cap is going to fit (please see accompanying photo). The measurement will need to be very precise, so you are going to want to use a digital caliper such as # PTW80157.
You will then just compare that to the available caps.

This is commonly seen on the 3,500 lb axles but what also factors into this is that the 3,500 lb axle is one of the most popular axle capacities and 4,400 is not. For your Keystone Summerland with AL-KO axles, the brakes and hub/drum assemblies will need to be upgraded as the magnets are no longer available for your application.
